    * Are we allowed to access the backend of the website to modify the html or add in a third party plugin/html code for business plan?
    * We have a custom domain. Is that possible to map the website to the existing third party custom domain and will there be any guide provided for the mapping?
    * Any additional charges on top of the monthly / annually Business plan charges? Like additional cost for hosting, security, theme, plugin charges etc?
    * SSL security included in the Business plan? Any installation required?
    * Are we allowed to export the website if we decided to change hosting?
    * Didn’t manage to find contact email in the free account. So email and connection to live support will be provided after activate Business plan?

    You can add plugins like Code Snippets to add additional code to your site. If you’re looking to make some substantial changes to your theme, we recommend creating a child theme rather than editing the original code:

    All this is available on plan Business.

    Sure thing, you can connect your domain while creating your site. Here you’ll also find more information about the process:

    Hosting is free on WordPress.com, and here you can read what does your plan include:

    We won’t charge you anything else unless you add additional subscriptions to your site, like Professional Email or a WooCommerce Extension from our Marketplace.
    To explain this last item a bit, some plugins may have an additional cost (that’s not something you pay us but the plugin developers), so planning ahead what you need will give you a better idea of the total cost of your site.

    SSL security included in the Business plan? Any installation required?

    SSL is included in any plan, as long as the domain points to our nameservers. No need to install anything; we take care of this for you behind the scenes :)

    Are we allowed to export the website if we decided to change hosting?

    Of course, the site is yours to do whatever you wish. You can export your content at any moment, create a backup, or use one of the export plugins to move everything.
