  Can you please share the link of the site/blog you need help with and also a bit more information as to what WordPress plan are you currently subscribed to.

  @pinkpompomgerberdasies, for what it’s worth, I don’t see any paid sites on this account, so my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site?
