More my site to another, with on WordPress.com

1. I created my site qpirgunffiliated.wordpress.com but now want to rename it seenoevil.wordpress.com. I have just created the latter web address, but now want to move my whole site from qpirg…etc. to seenoevil…etc., then delete my qpirg…etc. site.
2. Will my new site seenoevil.wordpress.com have any cost attached to it? I’m not sure….Site: https://qpirgunaffiliated.wordpress.com.

As you’ve already created a new site with the desired address, the only way to move the content across would be to export everything from your source site (qpirgunaffiliated.wordpress.com) into your destination site (seenoeveil.wordpress.com). You can follow the instructions below to do that:
https://wordpress.com/support/export/
https://wordpress.com/support/import/Once the content has been moved successfully, you can follow the instructions here to delete the previous site: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
Please note: Once you’ve deleted the site, you won’t be able to reuse its address again.
