more tag

  I can’t get the more tag to truncate my post. insert the more tag and then preview the post and the full text is visible with no more tag.
  Ive tried typing the text directly to the post i.e not copy and paste, and copying from notepad instead of word but to no avail. Using Coraline

  When you “Preview” you see the entire Post as you would see it if you clicked on it – different than if the Post was on the front page where the More Tag will limit the amount of the Post as seen on the front page. When you Preview a Post you will not see the More Tag.
