More tag vs. Next Page
-
What is the difference? Is the More tag only for how a post shows up on the home and archive areas and NOT for how the post shows up in other parts of the site?
Would I use Next Page to make a post have multiple pages wherever it appears on the site?
Would I ever use both?Thanks

The More tag allows you to display a small amount of the post (whatever precedes the More tag) on the front page, which an option to click a link to read the rest (whatever follows the More tag).
Next Page is really just more a traditional page break.

Thanks, Macmanx.
I already get that small amount of the post followed by “read more” on my Home page without having used the More tag. Is that because of how my Premium Theme is designed? What would be different using the More tag?

Yes, your theme is designed to only show post excerpts on the front page, making the More tag unnecessary.
