more text formatting options

    My blog is page oriented and in particular when I print a poem I like to keep some lines together but use individual indentation, the same applies for font style.

    One way to get around the problem was to insert a table into the wordpress editor and make sure the lines are erased. This worked well in other blog themes such as the one I use for xcogitations.wordpress.com. I can copy an empty table into the editor of this theme and it is only visible in the HTML.

    When I copy the same table into https://mythwords.wordpress.com/, lines show up. Is this some automatic formatting? Can I turn this off?
