  If you add a new blog to will the people who signed up for email get a email about my new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, they would have to sign up on each different blog. That’s why it’s a good idea if you want to cross-pollinate, to make a post on your old blog pointing people to your new one.
