More than one blog on the same site?

Ok, I´ll try to explain this, but my english arn´t too good, and it´s diffcult enough too explain it in norwegian.
I want a site, with 4 diffrent blogs on the same site.
If you look at my site, you can see that I have four diffrent pages, “Cathrine”, “Hobby”, “Miljø” and “365 bilder”.
I want each of them to be a blog.Is that poosible, and how?
A friend told me that it is so easy ti fix, and another friend told that it is impossible..The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress allows you to have as many blogs as you want attached to your Username (isacathrine). You can also have as many Username’s as you want as well… so each of your pages can be their own blog. If you want them attached to your Username then go to http://wordpress.com while you’re logged into your isacathrine account and register the new blog.

You cannot have them all on the same website unless you go off WordPress.com and build a website and then use IFrames to embed the blogs. One workaround is to have a static page set as the entry to each blog, and put links to each of the blogs on it, so they can choose which of the four the readers want to go to.
Usually, though, it turns out most people just want the separation that using Categories provides. Then when someone clicks on a cataegory in the sidebar, only posts with that category will come up.

But can I use the categories, without having one blog with all of them also?
And can I have the diffrent categories on diffrent sites?
