more than one blog page?

  Is it possible to have more than one blog page?
  Or to make it look this way with pages?

  For example, if I have a travel blog and I want to have different headings/pages (e.g. South East Asia, South America) could I have featured posts on these pages so the relevant posts feature on the relevant pages?

  You can create categories and assign them to your posts. And then you can include your categories in your menu.

  Your blog page will still display all your posts regardless of category but you can decide whether or not to feature it on your menu.
