More than one moderator

Hello. My friend and I have started this blog as ‘co owners’. We created a gmail acct to handle correspondence and for notification of comments needing moderation HOWEVER, each post and any comments we each make come across as ccmangesdetobias (our two names) and each comment needing moderation goes to my co author’s personal email although I am the one who is moderating them. Have tried to change the notification to the gmail acct but not working.
Any help with this or the ability to come across in posts and comments as 2 separate people? We are using twentyeleven theme.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you each have different accounts? If you don’t, you need to create another separate account and add yourself as a user.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/Comment emails go to the post author. You can turn off the notifications so that the emails don’t go to the other author.

I have added my email as an administrator so we will both be on separately….
as far as comments in moderation; I have reviewed that and it is marked correctly however we need to change the email address the comments are sent to and I don’t see where I do that??? -
Well, I added myself as an administrator and got the email invitation however when I click on the invite, I get sent to our dashboard with the same combined user name. And when I click on create wordpress acct I get sent to signing up for new blog which I don’t want.
So afraid I do not ‘get it’…..help? -
Hi,
You need to sign out first from the combined user account, then sign in to your separate account before you click the email invitation.
