More traffic: .com or .org?

    Which one has more options for generating traffic; wordpress.com or wordpress.org? I know that how much traffic you generate depends on what you do with your blog, but one of them must have more things you can do to help generate traffic. Which one makes that easier?

    WordPress.COM has probably the strongest SEO of any platform around, including self-hosted wordpress installations. The biggest benefit to bloggers is that wordpress.COM has the global tags pages, and as long as you categorize and tag your posts appropriately, and don’t use too many (10-12 total maximum) all your posts will appear on the global tags pages. Why is that important? The global tags pages have a page rank of 8/10 with Google and that means that any blog listed on them share in and benefit from that high ranking. Many people also get a lot of viewers from those global tags pages also.

    WordPress.COM does almost everything for you including pinging all the major search engines and services each time you publish a post.

    What you have to do is make sure your titles are strong and hopefully have at least a couple keywords in them, and make sure you have keywords in your posts.
