More traffic on WordPress.com or WordPress.org?

With what website do I get more traffic, with WordPress.com or WordPress.org?
With WordPress.com you’ll have the community, but with WordPress.org you have some plugins the help you with that. Does someone have experience with this?
My point is that I really like some of the plugins from WordPress.org, but it has nog use if I have less visitors of course.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think the plugins you refer to are helping you create a better SEO for your site. That part is already taken care of at WordPress.com. You can read more about it at http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/03/22/seo-on-wordpress-com/
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

The short answer is: wordpress.COM with a subdomain on WordPress.com, ie NO custom domain of the form whatever.com or .org etc. So a blog with the URL of the form whatever.wordpress.com.

In the long run a WordPress.org website is your best solution. You are limited with what you can do with a WordPress.com website. Plugins that can extend the functionality of a WordPress.org website is a very important factor to consider.
Additionally, with WordPress.com you really don’t own your website. With the self-hosted WordPress.org website, you truly do own it and can do whatever you please with it.
But at the end of the day, a sound marketing strategy can drive traffic to any website, regardless of it’s platform. The below article has more info on the difference between the two:

In the long run a WordPress.org website is your best solution.
Not always, depends on what you want to do with your site. @Raincoster has had several sites here for I think 6 years. I moved from a WordPress.ORG install about two years ago and have not found any significant limitations on what I want to do.
Do don’t take anyone’s advice when they say one version or another is “the solution” – you need to read the links from the staff above, look at the terms of service (you can’t sell your own ads here for instance but you can participate in the WordAds revenue sharing if you meet the requirements and they admit you)

Thank you people for your answers! I have decided to go for WordPress.com. This because it gets me people fast who visit my site through the Explore function. Maybe later I can always move my site to WordPress.org. But for now, I’m fine with WordPress.com.
