More WP products

    Hi there!
    I have been using an outsource company to establish my website (Joopan.io).
    They have been using their own WP credentials, and now, when I am trying to buy more of WP plugins and products to advance my site, I can’t seem to do it.
    How do you recommend going about it?

    Hey @joopaninc, were you provided with your own credentials to the website? If so, check your user level.

    Also, you may want to contact the company to provide proper details or your hosting(Godaddy) as you are using the self-installed version of wordpress which is different from managed hosting here at wordpress.com
