Most FB liked post and post view recalculate

  I have two things to ask, one is I have seen a few websites which show most liked pictures, and FB likes are calculated to show the most liked. How can I do that in wordpress? and secondly I want something like this http://www.wtfgang.com/ if the post views are above 1000 then it will be shown as 1k or 2k. Any help will be really appreciated. Also if I have to code a few lines for this then I won’t hesitate, all I need is a basic understanding.
