Most frustrating thing ever! Please Help

  HI,
  I really need help. I am writing my blog and editing pages on my site but everytime I am typing it just freezes for 5-15 seconds each time and so I have to wait to continue typing and then the page freezes and reloads.
  It seems the page is saving itself every 5 seconds which I think is causing this to happen.
  My laptop is quick
