Most of the images in my blog can’t be clicked on to view them larger.

When we started doing the blog this feature was ok.
Now I have pages linked to post, and the last thing I added where the pics of the subway map.
For some reason unknown to me and my friend the pictures no longer open larger when clicked on them.
    What is happening, someone knows??

    Thanks very much!!

WordPress made a change, and not images are not automatically linked to the original uploaded file.

Open the posts for edit with the unlinked images, click on the images and then click on the edit button that appears in the upper left corner. Click on the “file URL” button and click “save changes. Then save the post and it should now be linked.

Also, go to manage > media and there are a bunch of new settings for you to select from. The first one at the top allows you to have your inserted images link to the original files by default. After making your selections, make sure and click “save changes at the bottom of the page. Here is a post that explains things: http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2008/08/23/new-settings-for-media-at-wordpresscom/

you’ll have to change the older posts one by one. the settings apply just to new posts.

OK I was able to do that, but the images open the same size as they are in the blog. Before they would open bigger….how can I solve that issue?

    Thanks!
