Please can you hep me – most of the photo on my last blog post have disappeared I don’t know how to fix it… ;( as I am soon heading back overseas & will be updating my blog daily, I would love it to be working soothly…my blog is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Oh & I am pretty damned unimpressed that I can’t find an actual wordpress employee to help me!

What is the URL of the blog your refer to?
What is the URL of the post you refer to or at least the Title?
Have you exhausted your free media storage space at > Dashboard > Settings > Media > Library
Have your deleted the missing images from your Media Library?

Hmm that’s a bit odd as this link: The blog I need help with is travelintart.wordpress.com was included in my call for help. Maybe free stuff has run out – I still cannot find anyway to contact WordPress support – which is really putting me off! – may move on I think ;(

Well, if you look under rootjosh’s name you’ll see the word “staff” so before you flounce off because you can’t find staff, you might want to hit the pause button.

Now, how exactly did you upload the images? I can see

does not work but

Hello rootjosh, I did include my blog address, not sure why it s not visible. Please can you assist me with having the above abuser blocked – this is unacceptable & also please would you let me know an email address I can make a formal complaint to. I have done a bit of investigation & see I am not the first person they have treated rudely/badly given a tirade of abuse to & it’s time it stopped – I am pretty horrified this site allows bullying?

I have no idea why we weren’t seeing that link previously. Very odd. Sometimes computers help us communicate and sometimes they do not. It can be frustrating for those asking for help and for those trying to give that help.
In any case, regarding the issue of your missing images. I see that 2 years ago, your user account deleted a number of the media files (images) from the uganda trip. So while the code to insert them into your post is still there, the images are not showing up because they have been deleted. You can upload them to your media library again and reinsert them if you wish to repair the post. It would take a little work, but not a ton.

I’m just going to chalk this one up to some communication confusion. If it continues to go in a direction that it shouldn’t, then it will be dealt with further.
But we all get frustrated from time to time. I’m going to assume that solving the issue at hand with the media files is the most important thing for the OP and that we are all adult enough to just move past anything else.

What is the URL of the post or page with missing images or at least the Title?Has the free media storage space at > Dashboard > Settings > Media > Library been exhausted?
Have the missing images been deleted from the Media Library?
Were the missing images hosted on a third party site like Flickr or photobucket?

From what I can see, the issue appears to be that the images were deleted from the image library two years ago. However, the OP may have additional relevant information. So we will have to wait and see.
