'Most popular' posts section showing wrong thumbnail pic

  Hi, I run themerrybride.org (a wordpress site) and I’ve noticed that one of my ‘most popular’ posts on the left nav is showing a thumbnail pic from a completely different post. The ‘Bride on a budget – inspiration for a backyard wedding’ thumbnail shows a pic that is not from that particular post. I’d like to get it fixed because that post is frequently my most popular one. Thanks.
