Most Recent Post (first have contents followed by just titles)

    hi! I want to add a function to my wordpress site (http://redlens.org) on recent post. What I want to achieve is to display 5 recent posts (i already know how to do it) but I want the “Most Recent Post” to display with contents using themefunction_content(‘100’) and followed by just the titles of 4 next recent posts. Please help me to achieve it thanks a lot and more power!
