most recent post went to the back on sticky notes not the front?

Just trying to figure out why my most recent post is now the last in my set of 3 sticky notes on my home page. I didn’t think there was anything special I had to do to make it be the first one but maybe there is.
What do I do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
