Motif design – how to add titles to menu

    Hi, how do I add subjects to my menu using the motif design? I thought it would be in ‘Pages’ but I cant see how to specify subjects on my menu. At the moment I have ‘Home’ but to be honest I don’t know how I did this? Thanks in advance
