motif grid display
-
Thank you for your suggestions of yesterday re grid child display and getting rid of the vertical menu. I selected Motif from your list and am having issues with the grid display. I only want the featured image for the child page to be displayed none of the page content. I’ve done a search and found a similar query but the suggestion of emptying the title field has not done it. I tried hiding the title also along with removing it but the content is still there. ON reading the answer again I see it says leave page content empty but I need to provide information on the child page.

The grid page template is ideal for showcasing your products, presenting your team members, or displaying your portfolio items. Once you assign this page template to a page, you’ll need to create and publish sub-pages (or child pages) for the grid to appear. The featured image, the title, and an excerpt from each sub-page creates a grid item.
It’s default seems to be to use text as well..
See more on using the Motif Theme Here.
