Motif theme: 2 problems of pictures
-
Hello!
I’m preparing my professional blog, and I’m facing a problem with the pictures:
1) I don’t see where I can insert the “big” picture shown on the theme (http://wordpress.com/themes/search/motif/): on which page can I do that?
2) on the “Comment puis-je vous aider?” page, which is a Grid page, I don’t see the pictures of the 3 child pages: what do I have to do in order for these pictures to be visible?
Thanks in advance!

Here’s the link to the detailed theme description page http://wordpress.com/themes/motif/
The featured image on the homepage works best with images at least 1140 wide. -
Thanks for the link (I didn’t know!), but the pictures should normally automatically appears on the grid page, if I understand well… and they don’t :-( !
So, what do I have to do?
OK for the large picture!
Thanks for your help!

Featured image dimensions are always critical to their display.
The grid page template is ideal for showcasing your products, presenting your team members, or displaying your portfolio items. Once you assign this page template to a page, you’ll need to create and publish sub-pages (or child pages) for the grid to appear. The featured image, the title, and an excerpt from each sub-page creates a grid item.

Dear Timethief, Thank you for your explanations and links! I created 3 sub-pages and, on the mother page, I clearly can see the grid, including the text I put in the excerpt on each page. However, I also put pictures on each of the sub-pages, but these pictures don’t appear on the grid page. I certainly do something wrong… but what? I first put small pictures, which didn’t appear; I changed them into large size pictures… but the result is the same, no picture at all!
This is the grid page: http://opsetanima.wordpress.com/services/
Thanks again for your kindness!
