motion effect not working on mobile view

  The Motion Effects option properly works only on desktop or laptop displays but it does not work on mobile, it completely hides the section to which we are applying motion effects.

  Current Theme using – hello elementor

  Note: using lite speed cache

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
