  Hi! Please, please, please update & upgrade the theme Motion, it’s gorgeous and I really wish it could be mobile friendly. It’s perfect for my website. Please don’t retire it :-) Thanks and all the best, Paola.

  The Motion theme isn’t mobile-friendly, soI’m using the default mobile theme.
  My website is cardinalmethodoflifeconnection.com and the theme only appears in desktop versions and not in mobiles.
  Can I set this background, and have my posts somewhat see-through, as in the desktop version?

  Hi Paola,

  Here’s how to add CSS to only affect the mobile theme. The regular background image is pretty big so you might want to consider uploading a smaller version and using that instead so your page loads faster.

  body.mobile-theme {
    background: url("https://s1.wp.com/wp-content/themes/pub/motion/images/bodybg.jpg?m=1341021054i") fixed;
  }
