Motion theme – editing front page Rss link
-
I’m working on another blog using the theme Motion … it has a box front page top right with an RSS link … how do I edit the text in that box? I can’t find it anywhere! I’m probably missing something obvious …
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t edit it but there is a workaround. you can cover it. See > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/02/11/custom-header-image-in-motion/

You can upload an image in the same color as the background and cover that line of text and the RSS link. The RSS link already appears above it in this theme in the section for static Pages. Alternatively you can insert an image of your choice in that same spot where the line of text and the RSS link currently appear.

The “box front page top right with an RSS link” is the default Header widget. If you go to Appearance>Widgets, open the Header module, and drag another widget there, the default goes. If you want nothing, drag a text widget (without writing anything in it).

You’re welcome. That effect is general widget behavior – see here:
