Apologizing for typos is superfluous in your case.
As I said. Take my sample code, inspect it, understand it, change it (because it won’t work as is) and apply it.

What do I change, I mean I know to change the “white” but like if I change it to blue that changes the text to blue.
I just want it to be blue when you hover over it.

limeboy – deltafoxtrot is trying to help you by trying to help you learn.
What you want to do is not difficult. Why not consult the tutorials linked to in the forum and at the bottom of your CSS page?

I don’t know about that; there never used to be an age limit.
But I do know that CSS is hard and you have to learn it yourself. You can’t just come to the forum and say “I want to do THIS tell me how” because as you can see, that doesn’t work very well. You have to understand it yourself.

9. Ain’t this the best age to learn new languages? Honestly Limeboy, you’re missing a great opportunity by trying to get your stuff sorted by others instead of learning to master the marvels of technology.

Just take it slow and a day at a time and you’ll eventually learn it. Or email that other blogger and ask if he could tell you. Or ask Google the questions and see if you can find something that way. I started at Blogger and new nothing about blogging or template code and Googled allot of things to finally figure things out on my own. Maybe get a practice blog at Blogger so to screw with the template there and to see how the codes work. Or Google for html website tutorials. But the best advice is to not concentrate so much on how your blog looks but concentrate on blog content and what you post on your blog everyday. That’s what’s most important and what many visitors care more for.
And remember to never hand over your password or control of your blog or administrator duties to anyone. If they ask for this in exchange for helping you, their lying thieves. Many other Club Penguins have lost their blogs for trusting other Penguins.
And please don’t go around saying how old you are. I don’t believe you’re 9 from my experience with many people I’ve met online who say they’re real young for their own reasons. But if you are, just lie about your age. I’ve been on an Imdb board for years and this one real 10 year old girl was terrorized for years by the adults on there because they didn’t want her on “their” board. She finally left after her life being threatened many times and personal information being posted about her.

Vivian is quite right. The Terms of Service clearly state that:
<i>The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.</i>
