  I need help with setting up a mouse over effect on my main page. I am currently using the sela theme.

  Hi @ibtisamauae, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours using Sela, I would suggest asking in the Sela Theme Support Forum at WordPress.org, and make sure and include what you want to do the hover effect on and include the link to your site.
