mouseover 'Pin It' button for images

  Hi,

  I have a WP hosted blog (http://pamelakanjilal.wordpress.com/), which means it is not self hosted. I have enabled the ‘Pin It’ functionality for my posts. But I would like to have a mouseover ‘Pin It’ button for each of the images, can I do that or is it available only for the self hosted sites. If I can do it, could you tell me how to?
