Mouseover text to show image?

    Hey guys,

    I am currently working on my very first website, using WordPress.com. I’m trying to figure out a way to have text that, when you mouse over it, shows a picture, and when you click on it, takes you to specific link.

    The example I have is here, where you can see that if you mouse over the names of the cards, they show a picture, and if you click on them, they take you to a specific site.

    How can I do this? I have little-to-no coding experience, so basics would be great.
