Movable Type Import Failed
-
I’m trying to transfer the blog posts from the Japanese blog site called naturum because I can’t access my blog site somehow from any computers/smartphones/tablets. I have asked my brother in Japan (I’m in Los Angeles) who can still view my blog to log in and create a movable type file with UTF-8 in the Naturum’s dashboard. Then I imported it to my new WordPress site (healthebayja.wordpress.com) but I don’t see any posts imported although I got the email from WordPress that said It was successful.
So I tried to import it again. This time, I got the “Import Successful” email and the “Import failed” at the same time. I checked my dashboard in case the “failed” email was a mistake. Of course the import was actually failed.
Please help!
Thanks in advance!P.S. My blog is in Japanese, my WordPress dashboard is in English, and I have set the language in Japanese under General Settings.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ve been trying to re-do the import. But every time I click “Import” and “Movable Type and TypePad”, it says
“Processing… We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
So, I’m contacting support from right here at the forum.I googled to get some info to fix this. It seems like a common glitch and my WordPress importer needs to be reset by WordPress. Should I post this on Japanese WordPress.com since my blog is in Japanese? But I use the Dashboard in English.
