Movable Type Importer – Stuck at "In Progress"

  Hello,

  The importer for the Movable Type has possibly been stuck.

  The page displayed after importing one file reads the following and it doesn’t refresh.
  Therefore, I can’t import any more:

  Processing…
  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

  I tried Chrome, FF and IE.
  Could someone help me? Thank you in advance.

  Anyone?

  According to other posts, the importer may need to be reset.
  Can someone reset it?

  Btw, I received an e-mail saying the import was successful right after importing. (which didn’t work)
  It’s been over 24 hours and I still see the “processing” message on the Movable Type page.
  It’s stuck.
