move a blog from one account to another account in wordpress.com

  hii guys..
  I have one account on wordpress.com in which there are two blog. the problem is when I comment to my friends, I can’t choose what link which use to it (using link to my first blog or second) because there are in one account. my question is how to move my second blog to another account which have I made on wordpress.com?
