move a domain redirection to a new domain

    I bought from wordpress a domain redirection for matrimonioinautodepoca.it in order to have a custon domain for brunifranco.wordpress.com. However, the DNS redirection did not work because the customer care service of my host company (not wordpress) was not able to help me. So i bought a new domain from another host company and now I would like to move the redirection service (that I am not actually using) from matrimonioinautodepoca.it to the new one: is it possible? what should I do?
