Move a file from dropbox

  Every time I try to move this file it says .. does not have authors name or format cannot be read ? I have changed the name of file still says same thing

  I am not sure how to assist. This sounds like a dropbox issue and this forum is for WordPress.com support. However, I may just not be understanding your specific question. Could you please provide more details.
