Move a page

  I created a new page. I wanted the page to be displayed on the home page of the blog. Instead I created a new menu item and the page is displayed in that menu. I have no idea how I did this. Just want to move the page to the home page and eliminate the new menu item. Thanks.

  There is no automatic way to chnage a post to a page and visa versa. The two are very different and pages sit outside the blog’s structure https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
  You have to copy and paste the page text into a post and publish it and then delete the page.
