In text mode, copy the content of the post and paste it into the editor window of a new page. Add the title and publish. Voilà!

Is it possible that you want to display certain posts in categories in your site’s Navigation Bar?
If so, this may also be relevant:

Thanks to you two. So first, I have to proceed by copies. Second, “So, taken literally, the question doesn’t make sense. A static page is like a post – like one post: asking if you can display “posts on a page” you have created is just like asking if you can display posts on a post.”. Third, I have to learn (in english !) how to manage a “custom men”. I will see this later.
So I have all my answers. Thanks. -
If it would help you better, you could also post this in the French forum. http://fr.forums.wordpress.com/

These two responses spring from different interpretations of what you intend to do. The copy and paste response applies to the case in which you want to duplicate a single post in a page. That’s what I thought you meant, since you referred only to moving, or relocating, a single post to a new created page, not to an archives page.
The “posts on pages” concept, which I think is unnecessarily confusing, evidently helps some people grasp the concept of using custom menus to created links to categories and tags archives pages.
Unlike so-called “static” pages, archives pages are dynamic. Their content may change when you create a new post without you directly adding anything to them.* Archives pages generated automatically on your WordPress.com website include the following:
- Author archives — (example: “chesterdenis”) https://singuliermasculin.wordpress.com/author/chesterdenis/
- Post archives, annual — (example: 2015) https://singuliermasculin.wordpress.com/2015/
- Post archives, monthly — (example: février 2015) https://singuliermasculin.wordpress.com/2015/02/
- Category archives — (example: “changer les hommes”) https://singuliermasculin.wordpress.com/category/changer-les-hommes-2/
- etc.
The Archives widget in your sidebar links to monthly post archives. There are other available widgets which you may use to display other selected archives. The Custom Menu is a tool which can be used to provide links in the header navigation menu to, among other things, archives.

* In fact, you can’t add anything directly to an automatically generated archives page (though you can to pages using archives shortcode, display posts shortcode, etc.).
