move a site to wordpress and blog pages

  Hi

  I run a web magazine and I would like to map it through another platform. On my site I have five blog or dynamic pages.

  I have two questions:
  1) if I begin to map and customize my site through WordPress, what happens with the old contents of the site? Will they remein there or will they disappear?

  2) How many blog or dynamic pages can I have with WordPress? I knew that one can only have one.
