move a wordpress.com blog to a wordpress.org blog

Hello, is there any way to basically move what i have on wordpress.com to a godaddy hosted wordpress.org site? I need to be able to make modifications to the site on a source code level. But i dont really want to lose the pages we have already created.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Once you have installed WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ you can transfer the contents of your blog following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
