Move/Add ‘parasjandwani.com’ domain to this account

    Hi Team,
    I have an issue which I am not sure how to proceed. I mistakenly bought a domain (parasjandwani.com) and a premium subscription using my work email ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ instead of using my personal email ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff). Hence, to avoid the domain and subscription linked to my work email I deleted the entire account and requested a refund for the same which got processed successfully. Now the problem I have is when I try to create the same domain using my personal account I get a message that ‘the domain is expired’. I want to have a domain ‘parasjandwani.com’ and premium subscription linked to the account/email ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ and also scared that I would miss out on the blackfriday offer that is currently going on. Appreciate if you can help me resolve this issue. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    To clarify, is this account we are speaking to now (@paras1623) is what you would call your “personal” account, yes? I see it is using the gmail address you mentioned.

    The reason I ask is because when I took a closer look at the details of both accouts, it appears that the domain parasjandwani.com and associated Premium plan is listed under your @paras1623 account and not the other one you mention.

    Is it the case that your domain and plan are under the correct account already? or do you need them moved to your @paras0816 account instead?
