move an existing post to the top of the blog
-
I would like to move an existing post http://wp.me/pAnZn-G7 to the top of my blog for one week. Is there a way to pin it to the top, and then unpin it at the end of the week? If not, can I duplicate the post and re-post it so it shows up at the top, and then later delete the duplicate post? Each Famous Photographer Quote post on my blog is numbered in the heading. Will this cause problems with what I am trying to do? Hope I explained the situation well enough. Thanks.

Yes. Edit the post and make it a sticky post

I haven’t checked for your theme specifically, but many themes have the option to make a post “sticky”. That will achieve your desired result.
The easiest way to find the sticky check box is Ito click the quick edit link under the post you want to pin to the top of your blog.
