Move author metadata to AFTER comment text

  I want to have the author meta info (author name, avatar, date, etc.) come after the comment text when displaying comments.

  Right now, when looking at a comment that has been submitted to a post, the author meta info displays on top, and I want it to display on bottom.

  Any snippets or other info to make this happen?

  I am using the twenty-sixteen theme.
