Move away from reseller account

    I no longer want my Google Workspace to sit under a reseller account with WordPress and want to manage it directly with Google. Can anyone therefore assist me in cancelling my subscription please and moving my account to Google direct? WordPress won’t help as I’m on a free account.

    Hi there!

    We provide support for free WordPress.com sites on this forum. We already responded to you in your previous post here, but we haven’t heard from you since then.

    To reiterate what my colleague mentioned on the other thread, you can cancel your Google Workspace subscription at this link (here’s how), and its billing will be handed over to Google. But Google will not honor the remaining validity of your subscription.

    So it’s recommended that you turn off the auto-renewal and cancel/transfer the subscription to Google closer to the expiry date, which is August 8, 2023, for your subscription.

    Let me know if you have any questions. I’ve turned off the auto-renewal already for you.
