  Hello ,
  i wish someone could help me with this ,currently my blog is wordpress.org and i need to move it to wordpress.com ( to reduce the effort of managing it ) my issue is that when i export and import to the new wordpress.com blog the images and the media still pointing to the old site (i imported the media to the word press but it says its unattached ) , i have like 10K images so its not possible to change each one manually to point to the new url . any ideas on how to solve this ?

  Were the images attached to posts or page on the WordPress.org site? If so, did you check the box on the import to import attached media?

  If they weren’t attached, you’ll need to re-upload/insert them manually.
