Move Blog back to WordPress.com

Hello there,
I had moved my blog to siteground to self host as I was initially on wordpress.com I’m having resource issues with them currently where I’m being urged to upgrade but I don’t feel ready for that move yet. I’d like to move my blog back to wordpress.com Could you help me get this done. I’m not techy at all so a lot of these stuff is very confusing. My current blog is http://memoirsofakenyan.ca/ I asked the Support at Siteground how I could move my account and he said where I’m moving to should help me or I can leave my content there and eventually loose it. I certainly don’t want to loose all my work. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Valerie. 204-890-5077.
