Move Blog Subscribers

I would like to move my blog subscribers from a self-hosted wordpress site to a wordpress.com site! Is there a way? Thank you!

Yes. You have to have the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.com running on the self hosted site. Then you post both URLs here and type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. Sidebar tagged with modlook for Staff help. Staff answer all threads in datestamp order from earliest to the most recent, as would be expected. Please be patient while waiting.

Hi @xandreverkes, sure thing. That’s in progress now. Did you need us to move your stats over as well?
Also, if you’ve imported, please double check to be sure all of your media came through. Hosts will sometimes time out if it’s a large site.
Lastly, consider redirecting links from the old site to the new one. You can do that by mapping the domain, and you can choose which address to keep as primary.
