Move blog to another account

Need advice on how to get my blog moved to this account from another account. Have tried initiating the transfer request but due to the fact that it is a premium service, it says that support staff will contact to verify, yet nothing happens.
Have also tried creating a support request to get help but have received no response.
Any help or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @fruhaaland, can you write in from the account that owns the site now?
Also, usually when you try to move a site with upgrades, support gets an email and they respond fairly quickly asking for confirmation. Can you check any spam/social folders in case your mail program is hiding our response somewhere?

This is from the account that owns the blog at the moment. Have not been able to find any emails in the junk folder either.

Okay, I found emails we sent a few months ago, so you don’t seem to be receiving those. If you’ll confirm here that you’d like the site fruhaaland.com and its upgrades and posts transferred to fruhaaland, we’ll take care of it here. Also let us know whether you would like to keep haalandoletobias on the site.

Thank you, and that is strange that the emails are not received.
Confirmed that all services for the site fruhaaland.com should be moved to user “fruhaaland”. Other blogs on the “old” account should remain as is.
If by “keep haalandoletobias on the site” you mean as an admin on the site fruhaaland.com, yes the access can be given, but we can also handle that after the site is moved.

All upgrades are now owned by fruhaaland as well — notices will be sent from that email address, and they will need to log in to add a card. Let us know if you need more help!
