Move blog to new host – how?

  I have domain mapping and all that and have my blog currently hosted on awardspace.com which is a load of crap and shuts down my site if I write a word they don’t allow like “masturbate” (don’t ask). Anyway, I want to move it to a good host who won’t do that crap but how? The guys from install4free helped me set up my blog but now they aren’t taking any more work so I don’t know who to ask. Can anyone help me? Please let me know, I would appreciate it so much.
