Move blog to new web host

  I want to move my blog to another web host (Media Temple). Since I am using a custom domain (hjlcms.com) I need to update my DNS to point to Media Temple. While I would like to establish email immediately I would also like to point my web record (zone file) to my current site on WordPress.com. To update my zone file I need to know the IP address for your web server. Where do I find that information?
