Move blog to wordpress.com but with my plugins…

  Hi! I left wordpress.com to start up my own blog so I could use plugins and so on. My boyfriend helped me setting up everything and also made the theme for the page. Right now it’s using some plugins to make the blog stand but I’m missing the community you got with wordpress.com, like how easy it was to follow people and so on.
  I’m wondering if there is any way to go back to wordpress.com with the blog I’m using right how, including all the plugins and so on. Of course I will go premium so I can keep my own URL that I’m using now.
  I looked quick on the page where you make a new blog. I saw that it costed 99usd now instead of 166. Is it the first time only or will it be forever 99usd/year if I buy it now?
